Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 T vinegar
- 1/3 c. minced nuts
- 1/3 c. chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients with fork. Stir in water, oil and vinegar. Pour into ungreased 8" square pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Bake 35 to 40 min. Cool. Serve with Cool Whip.
