Ingredients
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cream shortening, pudding and biscuit mix. Add in egg and lowfat milk; beat well. Add in chocolate chips. Drop dough with tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min.
