Ingredients
- 2 Packages Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies in a roll
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs
- 9x13" pan
Directions
- Slice cookies 1/4 inch thick. (Hint: Freeze cookies before cutting with a serrated knife.)
- Place in greased pan till pan is covered using only one roll of cookies. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and Large eggs. Spread over first layer of cookies. Cut second roll of cookies and place on top of cream cheese spread. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cold in refrigerator for 2 hrs and then cut and serve cool.
