Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt onto waxed paper. Beat butter, butter, brown nd white sugar, egg, lowfat milk, and vanilla in bowl till well blended. Stir in flour mix alternately with oil till mix is well blended. Stir in corn flakes, oats, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake in 350 degree oven till golden. Makes 96 cookies.
