Ingredients
- 2 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 5 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 24 ounce. bag chocolate chips
- 8 ounce. Hershey bar, grated
- 3 c. minced nuts (optional)
Directions
- Put 5 c. oatmeal in blender and blend till it looks like sand. Cream together butter and sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Mix together flour and blended oatmeal. Add in salt, baking pwdr, and baking soda. Mix together all ingredients. Add in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar, and nuts, if you like.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approximately 12 min at 400 degrees. Make balls smaller than golf balls. Makes a lot of cookies.
