Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. finely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, about 18 cookies
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Put together crumbs and butter; pat firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Beat cheese till fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk; beat till smooth. Add in large eggs and vanilla; mix. In small bowl toss together 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mix. Pour into pan and sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake 1 hour over till cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate. Remove sides of pan.
