Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

  1. Put 1/2 of batter in greased and lightly floured pan. Then mix:
  2. Then spread over batter and put the other 1/2 chocolate mix on cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees till done. Put chocolate icing on top of cake.
