2 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 dsh Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. Cocoa

Directions

On medium mixer speed, cream butter and cocoa with half the sugar. Add in the remaining sugar, salt, vanilla and liquid. Continue mixing till icing is smooth and creamy.
