Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt in large bowl.
  2. Microwave morsels and butter in medium, microwave-safe bowl on High (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring till smooth. Cold to room temperature. Stir in lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla extract. Add in chocolate mix to flour mix; stir (batter will be thick).
  3. Cook in Belgian waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
  4. This recipe yields 5 servings.
