  1. Line 8" square pan with foil. In small pan, place butterscotch chips & 1/2 c. sweetened lowfat milk; set aside. In med pan, place chocolate chips, remaining lowfat milk & vanilla. Over low heat, heat chocolate chips with lowfat milk till chips are melted. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Heat butterscotch chips; stir till chips are melted. Spread proportionately over chocolate layer. Chill till hard. Remove from pan. Peel off foil; cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
