Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2-3 bananas
- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Prepare pie crust as directed on graham cracker box. Prepare pudding as directed on pudding box using only 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk and adding butter. Refrigerate15 min. Arrange 1/2 inch layer of banana slices in crust. Remove pudding from refrigerator and stir till smooth. Mix in 1/2 of beaten egg whites and pour over bananas. Add in sugar to remaining egg whites and beat again till stiff. Pour over pudding and bake at 350 degrees till brown.
