Ingredients
- 1 c. Butter [softened]
- 1Â 1/4 c. Brown sugar [firmly packed]
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
- 2Â 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (quick or possibly old fasioned) [uncooked]
- 2 c. Nestle's Toll House semi- sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. Nuts [minced] (optional)
Directions
- ))))Pre-heat oven to 375 ((((
- 1) Beat butter, and sugars till creamy... then add in the Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla, and beat well... Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing well after each addition... Stir in the oats, chocolate morsels, and nuts and mix well...
- 2) Drop by rounded measuring tbs onto UN-greased cookie sheet and bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewey cookie or possibly 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.. Cold on a cookie sheet for 1 minutes then move to a wire rack and cold completely...
- This is probably the best chocolate chip cookie which I've ever tasted
