1/2 med Onion, grated
1 x -(up to)
2 x Lemons, juice of
1 dsh Tabasco
1 pkt (2.5-ounce) smoked dry beef

Directions

Soften cream cheese; add in onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dry beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.
Roll tightly and chill.
Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
