  • 2 x Lemons, juice of
  • 1 dsh Tabasco
  • 1 pkt (2.5-ounce) smoked dry beef

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese; add in onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dry beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.
  2. Roll tightly and chill.
  3. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
