Ingredients
- 1 med. size can Chinese noodles (5 ounce.)
- 1 c. minced celery
- 3/4-1 c. minced onions
- 1 sm. can minced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna
- 1 c. minced cashew nuts
Directions
- Mix the celery, onions, mushrooms, mushroom soup, lowfat milk and tuna together. Add in the noodles last. Place the mix in a buttered baking dish, then top with the minced cashew nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
