Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Onion flakes
- Â Â Halibut steak
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except halibut. Spread on both sides of steak.
- Broil 3/4 inch from heat for 8 min or possibly till brown. Turn and broil on second side.
