Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Finely diced cooked ham, chicken or possibly pork
- 2 Tbsp. Oil or possibly shortening
- 2 c. Cool cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 x Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 x Minced green onion
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
Directions
- Fry diced cooked meat lightly in oil. Add in mushrooms, cool rice, onion and soy sauce. Fry over low heat 10 min. Add in well beaten egg. Cook and stir 5 min more.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
