Ingredients
- 4 c. Chinese cabbage shredded
- 1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 ounce.) liquid removed
- 1 can waterchestnuts (8 ounce.) liquid removed and
- Â Â sliced
- 1 c. parsley snipped
- 1/4 c. green onion sliced
- 1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp ginger grated
Directions
- Combine cabbage, pineapple, water chestnuts, parsley, and onion. Cover and chill. For dressing, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and ginger. Cover and chill.
- To serve: spoon dressing over cabbage mix; toss to coat.
- Serves 8
