Ingredients

  • 4 c. Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 ounce.) liquid removed
  • 1 can waterchestnuts (8 ounce.) liquid removed and
  •     sliced
  • 1 c. parsley snipped
  • 1/4 c. green onion sliced
  • 1/4 c. nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, pineapple, water chestnuts, parsley, and onion. Cover and chill. For dressing, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and ginger. Cover and chill.
  2. To serve: spoon dressing over cabbage mix; toss to coat.
  3. Serves 8
