  • 2 pkt Chinese Chef instant egg Noodles (beef flavor), 3 ounce. Pk
  • 1/2 bn Green onions (minced)
  • 1 lrg Onion or possibly both
  • 1/2 lb Grnd lean beef (mixed With
  • 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce and 2 tbsp. Cornstarch)
  • 1/2 lrg Green bell pepper (minced)
  • 1/2 sm Cabbage (thin shred)
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add in grnd beef, onions and bell pepper. Stir. When 1/2 done, add in cabbage. Cook 2 pkgs. of noodles according to directions
  2. (only 3 min). Let set 1 minute. Pour over meat-cabbage mix. Add in seasonings from noodle package.
  3. Makes 3 servings. P. S. Chicken or possibly pork can be substituted for beef.
