Ingredients
- 16 ounce Chicken breast thinly sliced
- 1 sm Bunch broccoli
- 1 c. Chinese napa or possibly grenn cabbage
- 1 sm Sliced carrot
- 2 ounce Snowpeas
- 2 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. Bamboo shoots
- 1/2 c. Water chestnuts
- 1 c. Cooked asparagus tips
- 1 x Clove crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 1 dsh Cooking wine
- 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
Directions
- Boil chicken till well done. Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry garlic in 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Add in chicken and 2 c. chicken broth or possibly water. Add in remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
