Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 quart. buttermilk
Directions
- Mix thoroughly cucumbers, onion, mustard, lowfat sour cream, salt, and sugar. Stir in the buttermilk. Refrigeratefor several hrs before serving. Serves 4-6.
