Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. green grapes
- 3/4 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 ounce. Ranch salad dressing
- Romaine leaves
Directions
- Gently toss all ingredients except lettuce together. Chill. Serve on bed of Romaine leaves. Serves 6.
