  • water 1 1/2 c. ranch dressing mix 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 envelope corn 1 can pinto beans 1 can diced tomatoes 3 (15 ounce) cans pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp diced green chiles 1 (4 ounce) can onion 1 large, minced grnd beef 2 lbs

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef with onion and green chilies in large skillet. Drain fat.
  2. Place meat in Dutch oven, add in salt and pepper, tomatoes (undrained), beans (undrained), corn, dry taco and dressing mixes, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 30 min. Can also be done in slow cooker. Serve with corn muffins, corn chips or possibly tortilla chips (good for dipping).
