  • 2-3 (15 ounce.) cans pork 7 beans
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can Hormel chili
  • 1-3 tbsp. mustard (optional)
  • 4-6 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • Minced peppers
  • 1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 sm. jar picante sauce

Directions

  1. In large fry pan, brown hamburger and drain. Add in onions, peppers and picante sauce. Cook on low heat till warm.
  2. In separate pan mix beans, chili, mustard, ketchup and Cheez Whiz. Heat till Cheez Whiz is melted. Add in meat mix and cook for another 30-45 min to get a thorough mix of flavors. You may use any variety of peppers; i.e. green, red bell or possibly jalapeno for a slight variance in flavor. This recipe can be used for burritos as well.
