Ingredients
- 4 pound chicken wings
- 1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon McCormick parsley flakes
Directions
- Put together chili seasoning, cornmeal, salt and parsley flakes in plastic bag. Shake wings in a bag, a couple at a time, till coated. Place skin-side up in single layer in well-buttered shallow baking pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 min, turn wings and bake till tender, about 10 min more.
