Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Baking mix, ( like bisquick)
- 3 Tbsp. Prepared yellow mustard
- 6 Tbsp. Water
- 1 pkt (16 ozs) warm dogs
- 2 can ( 15 ozs.each) chili or possibly 4 c. homemade chili
- 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish Combine baking mix,mustard and water in small mixing bowl. Stir till dough forms. With fingertips dipped in baking mix,press dough into the bottom and up the sides of prepared dish.Set aside.Quarter warm dogs by cutting in half lengthwise and again crosswise.Place warm dogs on dough. Spoon chili over warm dogs.Sprinkle with cheese.Bake 20 min or possibly till heated through.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
