Ingredients

  • 1 can (4-ounce) minced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 3 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Chilipowder
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese (8-ounce)
  • 1/2 stk margarine or possibly butter, melted

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inches. Reserve 2 Tbsp. chilies for topping. Mix remaining chilies, the baking mix, onion, chili pwdr, lowfat milk, Large eggs and 1 c. of the cheese. Spread in pan.
  2. SPRINKLE with remaining cheese and reserved chilies. Drizzle margarine proportionately over top.
  3. BAKE about 23 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately. 16 to 20 servings.
