  • 1 can (17 ounce.) whole kernel golden brown sweet corn
  • 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1 can (4 ounce.) diced green chilies
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. minced red bell pepper

Directions

  1. Drain corn well, reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in medium size saucepan. Heat and blend till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
