- 1 med Tomato, minced

- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. Cream, approximately

- Yield: 1 3/4 c. Warming Time: Approximately 10-15 min.
- 1. In medium-weight pan heat cheese on low heat. Add in cream and stir constantly to prevent scorching.
- 2. Stir in tomato, chile, and garlic pwdr. Add in more cream if needed to reach dipping consistency.
- 3. Serve hot with tostados
