Directions

  1. Dip apple slices in lemon juice to keep from turning brown. In a large salad bowl toss together chicory, celery, orange segments, grapes, apple slices, mushrooms, walnuts, and watercress.
  2. For dressing, mix together salad oil, orange juice, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, sugar, spring onions, and season to your liking with salt and pepper. Add in dressing to salad just prior to serving. Serves: 4.
