Ingredients

  • 16 ounce canned chickpeas rinsed and liquid removed
  • 7 ounce roasted red peppers rinsed and liquid removed 1 jar
  • 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 sm garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender till smooth.
  2. Makes 2 c..
  3. Serving size: 2 tbsp
  4. NOTES : Here's an interesting and easy twist on the traditional chickpea
