Chicken Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 5 to 6 zucchini, green or possibly yellow
  • 1 pkg. Kraft aged Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. med. white sauce

Directions

  1. Heat butter and stir in flour to make paste. Add in broth, wine mix and stir over low heat till thick.
  2. Wash and dry chicken. Slice zucchini in 1/4 inch slices into low casserole. Add in optional salt and pepper over zucchini. Lay Swiss cheese over zucchini. Lay chicken cutlet on top of cheese. Add in another layer of cheese on top of chicken. Cover chicken with sauce. Bake 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees. Serve with rice and mixed salad.
