Ingredients

  • 250 gm Chicken breasts
  • 25 ml Soya sauce
  • 2 tsp Honey, (10 ml)
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste, (5 g)
  • 1 tsp Sherry, (5 ml)
  •     Salt to taste

Directions

  1. CUT the chicken breasts into eight cm long pcs. Mix all the remaining ingredients and marinate the chicken in this mix for three min. Fix the chicken pcs onto skewers and grill. Serve on a bed of lettuce with cucumber slices and prawn wafers. Serve with French bread or possibly toast.
  2. NOTES : (Grilled chicken served with prawn wafers - a Japanese delicacy)
