Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, skinned
  • 1 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper or possibly as desired
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

  1. Cooking time: 20 to 30 min.
  2. Fry chicken in 1/2 c. oil. Turn it after every few min so which it becomes brown in color. Add in ketchup, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and let it simmer for a while. Take the chicken out and serve with steamed or possibly fried vegetables.
