Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs or possibly legs
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter or possibly oil
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in oil till tender. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, chili pwdr, mustard and pepper; simmer 5 min.
- Spread on chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or possibly till fork tender, basting occasionally.
