  1. Fry chicken pcs in butter till golden brown. Remove chicken and fry onion and garlic for 5 min or possibly till soft, not brown. Add in chicken pcs with the broth, wine, raisins and chili pwdr. Lower heat and cook for about 40 min or possibly till done. About 10 min before serving add in the pepper and olives. Garnish with parsley and serve with white rice or possibly noodles.
