  1. Cook rice according to directions.
  2. Heat 1/4 c. oil till warm, and brown sliced onions and sliced garlic into oil. Add in chicken strips and cook till done, about 10 min. Add in bell peppers and cook just till heated through.
  3. Serve chicken over rice.
