      Turkey Marinade? Not a bad idea - too bad it doesn't suggest an amount of meat to prepare or perhaps even mention a temperature to pre- heat the range to or leave at to cook ! Made my own judgement and some precautions , cooked .466 kg of skinless - boneless filleted turkey breast to marinade for like 3 or 4 hours ... longer the more tender ! substituted the dijon mustard , with dijon salad dressing , added some salt and freshly ground pepper , and had cooked to baked in oven for 45 min , with 1 1/2 large table onions & 4-6 cloves of garlic chopped and sliced and spread over dish ... cooked with some other nice sides such as sauted onions & mushrooms , 'peaches n cream'- corn & snow peas and some side noodles or rice or potatoes.
