  • 8 x Chicken thighs
  • 4 x Handfuls cornflakes, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. Veg. oil Salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C/350 F/gas mark 4 Skin the chicken thighs and brush them lightly with oil. Mix the crushed cornflakes and sesame seeds together and roll the chicken thighs in this mix to coat them thoroughly. Put the coated chicken thighs on to a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with a little salt. Bake in the oven for about 25 min or possibly till cooked through and crisp. Serve warm.
