Ingredients
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 16 ounce. can whole tomatoes
- 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 c. minced chicken
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 hot flour tacos
Directions
- Saute/fry onions in oil; add in tomatoes, sauce, spices and chicken. Simmer 60 min on low. Spoon mix into a hot flour taco. Add in toppings and enjoy.
