Ingredients
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Heinz vinegar
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/8 inch strips
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 taco shells, heated
- 8 ounce. shredded cheese
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 lg. tomato, diced
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. black olives
- 8 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Saute/fry chicken in vegetable oil about 10 min on medium heat. Add in ketchup, vinegar, jalapeno pepper, garlic pwdr and cumin. Saute/fry on low heat for 5 min. Fill hot taco shells with chicken mix and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and olives. Makes 4 servings.
