Ingredients
- 1 minced onion
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can minced green chilies
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2-3 pound chicken, cooked
- 1 pound sharp grated cheese
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions
- Brown onions in butter. Combine the chicken, undiluted soups, chilies and broth. Cut tortillas in half. Make layers in pan (use 9"x13" or possibly smaller pans) starting with tortillas then chicken mixed with cheese. End with a layer of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 8.
