Ingredients
- 1 lrg Minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 can Minced chilies (small)
- 2 c. Tomato juice
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 c. Minced chicken breast cooked
- 1 doz tortillas
- 1 c. Grated cheese
Directions
- Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in chilies, tomato juice, cheddar cheese soup, chili pwdr and garlic pwdr. Add in minced chicken. Break tortillas into about 6 pcs each. Put a layer of tortillas, layer of chicken mix, and layer of grated cheese. Repeat till all is used. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min in 2 qt casserole, covered, and then uncover and add in more grated cheese and cook till cheese is melted. This serves about 8.
