  • 3 whl Chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkt Taco Mix
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 x Green Pepper, cut fine
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Pwdr
  • 1/2 can Ortega chilies (optional)
  • 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 6 sm size Corn tortillas

Directions

  1. Boil and bone chicken breasts in advance. You can also use chicken breast fillets which are skinned and deboned.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bitesize pcs.
  3. Mix soups, taco mix, salt, green pepper, chili pwdr and lowfat sour cream for the sauce. Butter pan; alternate layer of sauce, layer of corn tortillas, layer of chicken till all is used. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45-50 min at 350 .
  4. Makes 4 or possibly 5 servings.
