Ingredients

  • 3 ounce. pkg. chicken flavor Top Ramen
  • 1 sm. head cabbage (and - or possibly lettuce), minced
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 1 can liquid removed mandarin oranges (save juice)
  • 1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken, chilled

Directions

  1. Remove flavor packet from Top Ramen and reserve for dressing (recipe follows). Crunch noodles into 1/2 inch pcs; set aside. Toss cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges and chicken. Add in noodles and toss again.
