Directions

  1. 1. In 1 qt saucepan over high heat, heat water and butter to boiling. In large bowl, pour warm water mix over stuffing mix. Toss to mix well. Pat 1/2 of the stuffing mix into 12x8 inch baking dish.
  2. 2. In medium bowl, stir together soup, mayonnaise, lowfat milk, chicken, celery, broccoli and sage till well mixed. Spoon proportionately over stuffing mix in baking dish. Top with remaining stuffing mix.
  3. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F. 30 min or possibly till heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 min more or possibly till cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
