  1. Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, garlic and 1/4 c. water; set aside. In wok or possibly large skillet, stir fry chicken in warm oil 2 min. Add in vegetables; stir fry 4 min. Add in soy sauce mix; cook and stir till slightly thickened. Chill leftovers.
