Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Boneless breast of chicken
  • Frzn pea pods (1 package) thaw in microwave first
  • Water chestnuts (1 can)
  • Diced baby carrots (1 c.)
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 pkt. chicken stir fry sauce or possibly soy sauce (Kikkoman)

Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Heat oil in large fry pan or possibly wok. Add in chicken strips and brown. Next add in all vegetables and mix and add in sauce, mix, turn off heat and allow to sit for a few min. Then serve over Chinese noodles or possibly rice.
