Ingredients

  • 20 to 25 chicken fryer wings
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon ginger

Directions

  1. Break apart chicken wings at first and second joints. Mix all ingredients above and pour over chicken in large shallow dish. Cover and chill overnight. Bake uncovered, on a flat cookie sheet, at 350 degrees for 45 min, or possibly till tender and brown. Serve warm allowing guests to use the Honey Dip as desired.
