Ingredients
- 250 gr chicken fillet
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- pepper, salt
- greens like spring onions, parsley and dill
- oil for frying
Directions
- Fry sliced onion
- Fry added to onion sliced carrot
- Add to frying pan pieces of chicken meat
- Add 150ml of water and stew for 15 minutes
- Put this half prepared stew into each pot, also pour water from stew so it cover it
- Cut and add pieces of potatoes
- Cover pots and put them in oven for 1 hour
