Ingredients
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts or possibly mixed pcs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
Directions
- Spread raw rice in bottom of baking pan. Pour water over rice. Place chicken pcs over rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix onion soup mix with cream of mushroom soup. Spread over chicken. Cover. Cook 1 1/4 hrs at 350 degrees. Uncover. Cook 15 min more.
